ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) Mengetahui efektivitaspenggunaan metode Snowball Throwing, Make a Match, dan Ceramah TanyaJawab terhadap hasil belajar. (2) Mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan metodeSnowball Throwing, dan Ceramah Tanya Jawab terhadap hasil belajar. (3)Mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan metode Make a Match dan Ceramah TanyaJawab terhadap hasil belajar. (4) Mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan metodeSnowball Throwing dan Make a Match terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik kelasVII SMP Negeri 2 Wates tahun ajaran 2014/2015.Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu (Quasi Experimen)dengan desain Randomized Control Group, Pretest Posttest Design. Populasidalam penelitian ini adalah semua peserta didik kelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Watestahun ajaran 2014/2015. Sampel penelitian diambil dengan teknik ClusterRandom Sampling dengan tiga kali pengambilan dari populasi dan didapatkankelas VII C sebagai kelas eksperimen 1, Kelas VII D sebagai kelas eksperimen 2,dan kelas VII B sebagai kelas kontrol. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakandokumentasi, wawancara dan tes. Teknik analisis data menggunakan adalahstatistik inferensial parametric dan dengan pengujian hipotesis menggunakanAnava Satu Arah (one way anava) dan uji lanjut Anava (Metode Scheffe’).Berdasarkan analisis data, data disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Terdapatperbedaan hasil belajar peserta didik antara penggunaan metode SnowballThrowing, Make a Match, dan Ceramah Tanya Jawab. (2) Metode SnowballThrowing lebih efektif dibandingkan dengan metode Ceramah Tanya Jawabterhadap hasil belajar. (3) Metode Make a Match lebih efektif dibandingkanmetode Ceramah Tanya Jawab terhadap hasil belajar. (4) Metode SnowballThrowing lebih efektif dibandingkan metode Make a Match terhadap hasil belajarpeserta didik kelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Wates tahun ajaran 2014/2015.Kata Kunci : Snowball Throwing, Make a Match, Hasil BelajarABSTRACTThis research is intended to find : (1) Knowing effectiveness using methodof Snowball Throwing, Make a Match, and Lecture Frequently Asked Questiontowards students to the result of learning outcomes. (4) Knowing effectiveness usingmethod of Snowball Throwing and Make a Match towards students to the result oflearning outcomes of VII 2 Wates State Junior Highschool academic year of2014/2015.Type of this research is Quasi Experiment using Randomized ControlGroup, Pretest Posttest Design. Populations of this research are the wholestudents of VII of State Junior Highschool 2 Wates in academic year of2014/2015. This research is using Cluster Sampling with three times retrieval ofthe population which results VII D class as the 1st experiment class, VII D class asthe 2nd experiment class, and VII B class as the control class. Data collectingtechniques using documentation, interview, and tests. Data analysis techniquesused deskripstif inferential statistical parametric hypothesis testing using oneway analysis of variance and further test Anava (Schffe’ method).Based on data analysis, the results are as follow : (1) there are differencesin students results of learning outcomes among the applications the method ofSnowball Throwing, Make a Match, and Lecture Frequently Asked Question. (2)Snowball Throwing method application is more effective towards students resultsof learning outcomes compared to Lecture Frequently Asked Question method. (3)Make a Match method application is more effective towards students results oflearning outcomes compared to Lecture Frequently Asked Question method. (4)Snowball Throwing method application is more effective towards students resultsof learning outcomes compared to Make a Match method at VII of 2 Wates StateJunior Highschool academic year of 2014/2015.Keywords : Snowball Throwing, Make a Match, results of learning outcomes
