ABSTRAKSI
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi volume ekspor Crude Palm Oil (CPO) Indonesia pada tahun 1984-2014. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data time series dalam bentuk tahunan dari tahun 1984-2014. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan metode Ordinary Least Square (OLS). Variabel dependen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah volume eskpor Crude Palm Oil (CPO) Indonesia. Sedangkan variabel independennya adalah Harga Internasional CPO, Harga Internasional Soybean Oil, Nilai Tukar Rupiah (Kurs), dan Growth Domestic Product (GDP) Dunia. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah variabel harga CPO Internasional berpengaruh positif terhadap volume ekspor CPO Indonesia, variabel harga Soybean Oil Internasional berpengaruh negatif terhadap volume ekspor CPO Indonesia, variabel nilai tukar rupiah berpengaruh positif terhadap volume ekspor CPO Indonesia, dan variabel Growth Gross Domestic Product (GDP) Dunia berpengaruh positif terhadap volume ekspor CPO Indonesia.
Hasil dari uji yang telah dilakukan melalui metode OLS, yaitu variabel yang memberikan pengaruh terhadap volume eskpor CPO Indonesia adalah variabel Soybean Oil dan variabel Nilai Tukar Rupiah (Kurs). Sedangkan variabel harga CPO Internasional dan variabel Harga GDP Dunia tidak memberikan pengaruh terhadap volume ekspor CPO Indonesia.
Saran yang dapat diambil dari penelitian ini antara lain: (1) Pelaku usaha CPO diharapkan dapat memanfaatkan keadaan ini, karena berapapun tingkat harga CPO di pasaran internasional, tidak mempengaruhi tingkat kebutuhan konsumen akan CPO Indonesia, (2) Pelaku usaha CPO diharapkan mampu memanfaatkan keadaan ini dengan menambah volume penawaran CPO, (3) Pemerintah dan pelaku usaha CPO diharapkan memperhatikan dan menjadikan kurs sebagai salah satu pertimbangan dalam menentukan volume ekspor CPO Indonesia, dan (4) Pemerintah dan pelaku usaha diharapkan tidak perlu memperhatikan bagaimana pergerakan GDP dunia dalam menentukan volume ekspor CPO Indonesia.

ABSTRACT
This study aimed to analyze the factors that affect the volume of exports of Crude Palm Oil (CPO) in Indonesia in the period of 1984-2014. The data used in this study are data "time series" in the form of annual of the period of 1984-2014. The analytical tool used in this research is the method of Ordinary Least Square (OLS). The dependent variable used in this study is the export volume of Crude Palm Oil (CPO) Indonesia. While the independent variable is the price of CPO International, International Price Soybean Oil, Rupiah Exchange Rate (Exchange), and the Growth Domestic Product (GDP) World. The hypothesis proposed is the variable price of the CPO International has positive influence on the volume of Indonesian CPO exports, the variable price of Soybean Oil International negatively affect the volume of Indonesian CPO exports, the variables of the rupiah exchange rate has positive influence on the volume of Indonesian CPO exports, and the variables of the Growth Gross Domestic product (GDP) World has positive influence on Indonesia's CPO export volume.
The results of the tests that have been done through the OLS method, which variables that influence on Indonesian CPO export volume is variable from Soybean Oil and variables of Rupiah Exchange Rate (Exchange). While the variable of the International CPO prices and variables of World GDP price does not give effect to the Indonesia's CPO export volume.
Suggestions that can be taken from this research include: (1) A business agent of CPO are expected to take advantage of this situation, because of whatever the level of the CPO price in the international market, does not affect the level of consumer demand for CPO of Indonesia, (2) business agent of CPO is expected able to take advantage of this situation by increasing the volume of deals for CPO, (3) Government and businesses of CPO is expected to pay attention and make the exchange rate as one of the considerations in determining the volume of Indonesian CPO exports, and (4) the Government and businesses are expected does not need to consider how is the movement of GDP of the world in determining the volume of Indonesian CPO exports.
