ABSTRAKManajemen persediaan yang baik didapatkan dengan mengintegrasikan mo-del persediaan produsen dan pengecer. Model persediaan terintegrasi ini memper-timbangkan barang cacat, kesalahan inspeksi, kendali waktu tunggu, dan kendalakapasitas anggaran. Barang cacat berdistribusi uniform dan terdeteksi saat pro-ses inspeksi. Namun dimungkinkan terjadinya kesalahan inspeksi tipe I (barangtidak cacat dianggap cacat) dan tipe II (barang cacat dianggap tidak cacat).Jumlah permintaan konsumen selama waktu tunggu tidak diketahui dan ber-distribusi normal. Waktu tunggu dapat dikendalikan dengan menambah biayapengurangan waktu tunggu (crashing cost). Selain itu adanya kendala kapasitasanggaran dikarenakan oleh biaya pembelian barang yang terbatas.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menurunkan model persediaan terintegrasi pro-dusen dan pengecer, menentukan penyelesaian optimal menggunakan kondisiKuhn-Tucker dan menerapkan model tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil penerapan dananalisis sensitivitas, diperoleh total biaya persediaan terintegrasi minimum dari-pada total biaya persediaan terpisah.Kata Kunci : model persediaan terintegrasi, barang cacat, kesalahan inspeksi,kendali waktu tunggu, kendala kapasitas anggaranABSTRACTThe good inventory management is obtained by integrating the vendor andbuyer inventory model. This integrated inventory model considers the imper-fect quality items, inspection error, controllable lead time, and budget capacityconstraint. The imperfect items uniformly distributed and was detected on thescreening process. However there are two types of possibilities. The _rst is typeI of inspection error (when a non-defective item classi_ed as defective) and thesecond is type II of inspection error (when a defective item classi_ed as non-defective). The demand during the lead time is unknown, and it follows thenormal distribution. The lead time can be controlled by adding the crashingcost. Furthermore, the existence of the budget capacity constraint is caused bythe limited purchasing cost.The purposes of this research are: to modify the integrated vendor andbuyer inventory model, to establish the optimal solution using Kuhn-Tucker'sconditions, and to apply the models. Based on the result of the application andthe sensitivity analysis, it can be obtained minimum integrated inventory totalcost rather than separated inventory.Keywords : integrated inventory model, imperfect quality items, inspection er-rors, controllable lead time, budget capacity constraint
