This article underlines the division of labor by gender in land rehabilitationin the slope of Mount Lawu to support the revitalization of Bengawan Solo watershed. Data were collected using site observation, interview, focus group discussion, and document study. The methods ??? ????????? ?????????? ??? ?????? ???? ?????????????????????? ????????? ??????? ???? ???????? Gender Analysis. The results show that gendered division of labor in land rehabilitation still persist in Indonesia despite its many years of gender equality propaganda because of institution, regulation, and social culture. Gender awareness of environmental stakeholders should be developed so that the future growth of women and men will be given space to participate optimally in land rehabilitation without being constrained by rigid gender roles.
