Abstract
Use of the Internet is increasingly wide spread in business activity and household industry has changed the outlook of man. The sale and purchase of any goods is conventional at first slowly turning to buying and selling goods electronically. Agreement in the digital age will be using digital data instead of paper. In cyberspace transactions using standard chasuble is essential. Consumers in cyberspace transactions have agreater risk ofthe seller. Invite -Invite consumer protection laws have given protection toconsum-ers who purchase through cyberspace.
