ABSTRAK
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) Pada komputerisasi Kegiatan Pertanahan di Kementerian Agraria dan Tata Ruang/Badan Pertanahan Nasional Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Variabel yang digunakan adalah computer self efficacy, persepsi kemudahan penggunaan teknologi, persepsi manfaat teknologi, sikap dalam menggunakan teknologi, dan niat untuk menggunakan teknologi. Sampel terdiri dari 100 orang karyawan Kementerian Agraria dan Tata Ruang/Badan Pertanahan Nasional Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan menggunakan kuesioner untuk proses pengumpulan data. Teknik analisis menggunakan path analysis untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung dari variabel penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) Computer self efficacy berpengaruh pada persepsi kemudahan penggunaan dan persepsi manfaat teknologi, (2) Persepsi kemudahan penggunaan teknologi berpengaruh pada persepsi manfaat dan sikap untuk menggunakan teknologi, (3) Persepsi manfaat teknologi berpengaruh pada sikap dalam menggunakan teknologi, dan (4) Sikap untuk menggunakan teknologi berpengaruh pada niat untuk menggunakan teknologi.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) on computerized land activities in the Ministry of Agrarian and Spatial / National Land Agency the District Land Office of Sukoharjo. The variables used were computer self-efficacy, perceived ease of use technology, perceived usefulness of technology, attitude towards using technology, and intention to use technology. The sample consisted of 100 employees of the Ministry of Agrarian and Spatial / National Land Agency the District Land Office of Sukoharjo. The sampling use purposive sampling techniques and the use of a questionnaire for the data collection process. Analysis techniques using path analysis to determine the direct and indirect influence of the research variable. The results showed that (1) Computer self-efficacy determinants of perceived ease of use and and perceived usefulness, (2) Perceived ease of use technology determinants of perceived usefulness and attitude towards using technology, (3) Perceived usefulness determinants of attitude towards using technology, and (4) attitude to use technology determinants of intention to use technology.
