This final project was written based on the job training done by the writer at CV.
Tunas Muda for approximately four weeks, in the period of 30th March 2015 to
27th April 2015 as a tour leader.
The objectives of this final project report are to describe the procedures of leading
tour and to describe the requirements of tour leader.
The result of the final project shows that there are many steps needs to be done
asa tour leader at CV. Tunas Muda such as introducing the people who manage
the tour to the participants, doing final preparation, guiding and interacting with
the participants, coordinating the activities and cooperating with the tour
participants and the tour operator. While doing the job training, I learned how to
give good services to the participant. The writer needs to have a good knowledge
about tourism spot, mastering language, creating positive impression, and must
have a good attitude as a tour leader. The writer hopes this final project report can
be beneficial to the readers, especially to those who are interested in tourism.
