This final report is written based on the job training which has been done inKeraton Surakarta Hadiningrat. The first objective of this report is to describeabout kind of problems that happened in Keraton Surakarta Hadiningrat’s tourismmanagement. When I did a job training, I hadtwo jobs. First, I became a guideassistant and the second became a Receptionist assistant. As a Guide assistantIhelped the main guide to manage the line of the visitors and helped to giveinformation about the rule.Beside that as the Receptionist assistantI helped to sell the ticket and helped togive information to the visitors. For a month I did job training,Ifound someproblems about tourism management. The problems that I have mentioned such asless publication, the assistance of the local government was discontinued, themanagement of ticket counter was not managed well, The Human Resources, andthe last was the maintenance and preservation.The second objective of this report is to give solutions and give the alternativeways. I mentioned and explained the alternative ways or solutions for everyproblem. I hope that Keraton Surakarta Hadiningrat can have a better future.
