× ABSTRAK Financial Market Institution is a Pilot Project which formed by Perindagkop Company and UKM for channeling the capital which from APBD Kabupaten Sragen with a purpose to help, protect, powered and develop the micro job especially for the market merchants in Kabupaten Sragen areas, its also obviating market merchants from renternir. When channeling the capital, its still there some problems, one of them is giving a loan which not suits according to Sragen’s Governor Decision 4th 2004, so it needs evaluation on it. When evaluating the writer comparing between Sragen’s Governor Decision 4th 2004 with executions in it. It’s pursuant to assessment of elements system, that is related function, used document, used accountancy note, company report and procedure network which forming system. The result of evaluation show that channeling of capital credit system at financial market institution still there some weakness, that is in giving its loan, the job on duty by related function (Chief of village Market), procedure of channeling its capital which not suits according to Sragen’s Governor Decision 4th 2004, so in giving its loan still a lot of not exact to the targets. While excess at this system, that is document, accountancy note, and used report have according to Sragen’s Governor Decision 4th 2004. The result of evaluation which obtained in this research constitute the writer to give suggestion, that is Chief of village Market did this job according to Sragen’s Governor Decision 4th 2004, used documents must be printed with serial number and made double, selection in giving its loan must be more discipline and channeling capital procedure must be suits according to Sragen’s Governor Decision 4th 2004.
