Liberalization not only entered the political and economic spheres, but also social and cultural. The effect of social and cultural liberalization are more dangerous than the political and economic liberalization. Social and cultural liberalization can damage the joints life of the nation. This liberalization will attack mental and character of the young generation so that they will be liberal-minded and behave contrary to social values and national culture. If not anticipated earlier, the young generation will lose the character and ethics that upholds the national character. One of the efforts to anticipate social and cultural liberalization is civic education approach.
