ABSTRACT
Scope: Continous midwifery care on Mrs. D and Mrs. D’s baby is pregnancy, birth, postpartum, newborn baby, and birth control (KB).
Implementation: Sustainable midwifery care is done on Mrs. D on the period of pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, newborn baby, and birth control. Mrs. D’s pregnancy experienced light anemia and was given zinc tablet supplements and zinc nutrition diet. The childbirth happened on gestational age of 39+3 weeks and there was a gap on the monitoring time I. The postpartum period was without trouble and the newborn baby period was normal. The birth control care was done through counseling to choose the birth control method. There were 11 visits, which cover 2 visits during pregnancy, 1 visit on childbirth, 3 visits on newborn baby period, 3 visits on postpartum period, and 2 visits on birth control period.
Evaluation: Midwifery care has been done with the result of light anemia pregnancy with an increase on Hb with the amount of 0,9 gr/dL, the childbirth was without trouble, the postpartum period was normal, the newborn baby period was normal, and with 3-month birth control injection acceptor.
Conclusion and Suggestion: There was a gap on the midwifery gap which is the monitoring time during pregnancy that was not in accordance with the theory. The health workers is wished to always provide care in accordance with existing SOPs.
