Abstract

This final project report was written based on the internship program at PT. PeMad International Transearch from March 1st to March 29th 2018. The objective of the internship was to practice translating different kinds of texts in PT. PeMad International Transearch. In order to produce good quality of translation, three translating process were applied by the writer. The processes consisted of analysing, transferring, and restructuring.

There were some problems when translating the texts, such as the specific technical terms, marketing terms, finance terms, and legal terms and the deadline to finish the translation. The solutions to overcome the problems were discussing with the project manager or the editor to find the best terms based on the type of text and managing time when translating the texts.
