ABSTRAK
This report was written based on the internship program. The objective of this report is to describe the job training in Translexi, especially in translating offshore drilling and poem text and to describe the problem and solution faced during the job training.  The internship program started from 5 February to 9 March, 2018 at Translexi. I conducted internship program to work as a translator and editor. The primary activity was translating offshore drilling text. Furthermore, I also translated and edited text of legal, medical, literature, journalism document and also song lyric and poem. Each text had different subject and difficulties.In doing the translating activity there were three steps of translation that I did: analyzing, transferring, and restructuring. The problems found were the abbreviation, and difficult term. I also presents the solutions to overcome the problems. They were, looking for unfamiliar terms or words in dictionary or the internet, asking help from my partner  and supervisor.
