This final report was written based on the internship program at Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia in Sydney from 5 February 2018 to 2 March 2018. The objectives of this final report are to describe the process of completing writing news article, creating promotional videos, and being a receptionist in Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia in Sydney.

There were some problems faced during the internship such as bad internet connection, lack of knowledge about consular and immigration services and video editing. There were also the solutions of those problems, such as learning the new material quickly, asking the staff to help, and asking friends to help about the video editing.
