ABSTRAK

The internship report was written based on internship program that I did from 4 February to 4 March, 2019, at Tourism Office of Semarang Regency. The objectives of this report are to explain the process of translating narration texts of tourist attractions as website content and create Tourism Office of Semarang Regency video profile subtitle. Therefore, I also provided the problems and solutions that I faced during the internship program.
I used steps of translating to transfer source text into the target text. Those were analysis the source text, transferring the message, and restructuring the result. I also applied persuasive language to create the result more attractive. For creating video profile subtitle, I obeyed to subtitling guidance. I found problems while finishing the projects. The problems were the bad structure from the source text, unfamiliar words, and I felt pessimistic with the result of my translation. Thus, I browsed on the internet to understand the meaning of the unfamiliar words and I asked my team to proofread my translation result.
