This study examines technical and non-technical factors and their relation to interpreting quality in the process of the interpreting in alumni association conference graduation of leadership development program (LDP) in conference interpreting. 
This study is descriptive-qualitative. The data in the form of utterances and statements were obtained from recorded video documentary directly taken by the staff of LDP and the informant. 
Based to the quality assessments of 212 data, it is found that in relation to interpreting quality of accuracy, one hundred and eighty (180) data were classified as accurate (84,91%), twenty (20) data were classified as less accurate (9,43%) and twelve (12) data were classified as inaccurate (5,66%). In relation to interpreting of acceptability as seen on the table of acceptability, out of 212 data, two hundred and four (204) data were classified as acceptable (96,23%), five (5) data were classified as less acceptable (2,36%) and three (3) data were classified as not acceptable (1,41%). 
The findings of this study show that technical factors include, from the video recorded, it can be seen the speaker and the interpreter stand in line about a meter in front of the audiences. The room or church condition is not too big, considering the number of the audiences, it is quite small. Yet, they still can hear what the speaker and the interpreter say clearly. There is no echo and any other disturbance from the sound systems and microphones used. Besides, the non-technical factors does occurred and caused disturbance in interpreting process. The interpreter often takes some time apart then conveys what the speaker say in target language. Also, she seems nervous, in some places she stuttered and some audiences help her to interpret what the speaker says. Other time, she will do repetition and it is not effective for the interpretation conveyed. Eventhough there some flaws and errors in the interpreting process, the interpreter can cope her skill to interpret and the message from the speaker can be delivered to the audiences well.
