The objectives of this report are (1) to explain the activities which I experienced during internship and (2) to explain the translation process of a tourism booklet. The internship was conducted from March 6 to April 6, 2017. The working time was 6 days a  week,  Monday to  Saturday,  from  8:00  AM  to  5:00  PM.  In  translating  Tourism Booklet, I encountered a problem, I found many names that I think I should know who or what are they. I overcome that problem by searching the names on the internet and consulting with  a traveler forum.  Related  to  work,  I was  also  having  difficulty in delivering the tickets to the customers, because the customers complaining a lot
