The objective of this internship report is to describe the internship activities that I did at
Semarang Regency Tourism Office. The internship lasted for one month, from 4
February 2019 to 1 March 2019. I worked five days a week from Monday to Friday. I
worked in a group. The group had three main projects. They are translating promotional website, video profile, and tourism brochures. This report also explains the problems that I faced during the internship and how to solve them. The office has 34 narrations of tourist destinations and due to time limit we had to divide them with the other members so each of us had to translate 8 narrations. I also got task to translate the video profile narration. I used some steps to help me to translate my translation projects. They consist of analyzing, transferring, restructuring, and proofreading. I found some problems during translating the projects. They were selection of diction and language style. The
solution to those problems was applying knowledge in translation technique that I got in college in order to produce a good translation
