Abstrak
Kedelai adalah salah satu komoditas tanaman pangan utama di Indonesia. Kebutuhan kedelai setiap tahun selalu meningkat, tetapi hasil produksi tergolong rendah. Penggunaan pupuk kandang sapi dapat memperbaiki sifat fisik, kimia dan biologi tanah, sedangkan penggunaan mikoriza yang berasosiasi dengan akar dapat mempermudah tanaman mendapatkan air dan hara. Cara untuk meningkatkan produktivitas kedelai dengan perlakuan dosis pupuk kandang sapi dan dosis mikoriza. Penggunaan pupuk kandang sapi dan mikoriza dapat meningkatkan produksi kedelai dan penggunaan pupuk yang efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perlakuan dosis pupuk kandang sapi dan mikoriza terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil kedelai. Percobaan lapangan dilaksanakan di Lahan Badan Penyuluhan Pertanian Kecamatan Selogiri, Kabupaten Wonogiri, sedangkan analisis laboratorium dilakukan di Laboratorium Ekologi dan Manajemen Produksi Tanaman, analisis mikoriza di Laboratorium Biologi dan Bioteknologi Tanah, dan analisis tanah di Laboratorium Kimia dan Kesuburan Tanah Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta mulai dari Februari hingga April 2016. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap. Faktor pertama dosis pupuk kandang sapi : S0 (0 ton/ha), S1 (5 ton/ha), S2 (10 ton/ha) dan S3 (15 ton/ha). Faktor kedua dosis mikoriza: M0 (0 ton/ha), M1 (0,64 ton/ha) dan M2 (1,28 ton/ha). Proses budidaya diawali dengan pembuatan petakan perlakuan pada lahan. Petakan perlakuan ditentukan secara random sampling dikelompokkan berdasarkan dosis masing-masing perlakuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak adanya interaksi antara kedua perlakuan. Pemberian dosis pupuk kandang sapi memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman dan panjang akar. Pemberian dosis mikoriza memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap cabang produktif, berat 1000 biji, berat brangkasan segar dan konversi hasil kedelai per hektar.
Abstract
Soybean is one of the major food crop commodities in Indonesian. The needs of soybean each year is always increasing, but the results of the production belongs to low. The use of cow manure can improve the physical, chemical and biological soil, while the use of mycorrhizal association with plant roots can facilitate plant to get water and nutrients. Increasing the productivity of soybean with treatment of doses of cow manure and of mycorrhiza. The use of cow manure and mycorrhiza can improve soybean production and efficient use of fertilizers. The research aim to know influence of treatment doses of cow manure and mycorrhiza towards growth and yield of soybeans. The field trial was carried out in the field of Badan Penyuluhan Pertanian (BPP) of Selogiri Sub-District, Wonogiri District, while laboratory analysis conducted at the Laboratory of Ecology and Management of Plant Production, analysis of mycorrhizae in the Laboratory of Biological Soil and soil analysis in the Laboratory of Chemistry and Soil Fertility Faculty of Agriculture, University of Sebelas Maret Surakarta from February to April 2016. This research was conducted with Randomized Complete Block Design. The first factor is the dose of cow manure:S0 (0 ton/ha), S1 (5 ton/ha), S2 (10 ton/ha),and S3 (15 ton/ha). The second factors is the dose of mycorrhiza: M0 (0 ton/ha), M1 (0,64 ton/ha), and M2 (1,28 ton/ha). The process begins with making the cultivation of the land plot treatment. Plots of treatment are determined by random sampling stratified by dose of each treatment. The results showed that no interaction between the two treatments. Doses of cow manure provides significantly influence to the high of plants and the length of the root. The doses of mycorrhiza provides significantly influence to the number of productive branch, weight of 1000 seeds,dry weight of biomass, and the conversion of soybean yield per hectare.
