The aims of this research is to know the implementation of online test via Schoology to develop students’ reading comprehension and to find out the impact of online test using Schoology on the students’ reading comprehension. The data of this case study are collected through questionnaire, interview, observation, and documentation. The sources of data are (1) participants, who are the lecturer and students of intensive reading class, (2) events which are teaching-learning activities and (3) documents which are students’ Schoology reflection, interview transcript, questionnaire transcript, and observation transcript.
The techniques used to analyze the data are data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The result showed that (1) the teacher has positive perception towards the implementation of online test via Schoology, there are three stages of implementation of online test via Schoology, and there are strengths and weaknesses of the online test via Schoology; (2) the implementation of online test via Schoology gives positive impacts towards the students’ reading comprehension.
