ABSTRAK
This final project report is based on job training done by the writer at Sunan Hotel Solo which is located on Ahmad Yani Street 40 Solo. The objectives of this final project are to describe and explain Management and Operation of housekeeping Department at Sunan Hotel Solo.
From the observation done by the writer, the writer concludes that Housekeeping Department is very important part in hotel. It indicated by role of Housekeeping Department in directly service and provide the guest needs. Management and Operation is one of important things that can make development of the hotel. Besides, Housekeeping Department has responsibility to keep the cleanliness, tidiness, and comfort all of hotel area. It also provides and services the guest needs, and to make sure that all of the supporting facilities are ready to use.
