ABSTRACT
Maternal health problems, especially pregnant women remains a priority in Indonesia. PROKESIMA health promotion activity that combine health education for pregnant women to productive economic activities. In addition to health promotion, social determinants become one of the social determinants in the community that can affect the health status of the community. The concept of social health determinants is determined by 4 levels, namely the micro level, meso level, ecso level and macro level. This study aimed to see PROKESIMA in terms of the level of social determinants. This research was conducted action research to resolve problems that occur in the
community. The research subject in these activities were pregnant women who wer chosen purposively. The results of this study were participants class pregnant women also decreased because some mothers have given birth. The results needed to be grouped into various levels of social determinants. Micro level namely pregnant women who continue to work outside the home so that it can cause pregnancy problems, meso level namely PROKESIMA as a form of social support for pregnant women in order to take care of their pregnancy and the majority of pre and post-test survey results were increased in value, ecso level namely PROKESIMA as an effort for health workers to be trusted by pregnant women to help childbirth and the macro level namely the existence of the belief of the Madurese community towards myths that have become a culture. PROKESIMA which approaches community empowerment with productive economic activities.

ABSTRAK
Masalah kesehatan ibu, terutama ibu hamil tetap menjadi prioritas di Indonesia. PROKESIMA merupakan kegiatan promosi kesehatan yang menggabungkan pendidikan kesehatan untuk ibu hamil dengan kegiatan ekonomi produktif. Selain promosi kesehatan, determinan sosial menjadi salah satu faktor penentu secara sosial di dalam masyarakat yang dapat mempengaruhi status kesehatan masyarakat. Konsep determinan sosial kesehatan ditentukan oleh 4 level yaitu level mikro, level meso, level ekso dan level makro. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat PROKESIMA dari sisi level determinan sosial. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan model action research untuk menyelesaikan masalah yang terjadi di masyarakat. Subjek penelitian dalam kegiatan ini adalah ibu hamil yang dipilih secara purposive. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah jumlah
partisipan kelas ibu hamil mengalami penurunan karena beberapa ibu telah melahirkan. Hasil penelitian perlu dikelompokkan dalam berbagai level determinan sosial. Level mikro yaitu ibu hamil yang tetap bekerja diluar rumah sehingga dapat menyebabkan masalah kehamilan, level meso yaitu PROKESIMA sebagai bentuk dukungan social pada ibu hamil agar dapat merawat kehamilannya serta hasil survei pre dan post-test mayoritas terjadi kenaikan nilai, level ekso yaitu PROKESIMA sebagai salah satu upaya agar tenaga kesehatan dapat dipercaya oleh ibu hamil untuk menolong persalinannya dan level makro yaitu adanya kepercayaan masyarakat Madura terhadap mitos yang telah menjadi budaya. PROKESIMA yang melakukan pendekatan pemberdayaan masyarakat dengan kegiatan ekonomi produktif.
