Abstrak

This   research ainms: to   improve   matbematich   learning   achievement of children with special needs class IV SDN 01  Jatimulyo,Jatipuro,Karanganyar school year 2010/2011.
The  metod  used  is : Penelitihan  Tindakan  kelas  (PTK),or  in  English Class Action  Research that is the study conducted  by researchers  in the classroom  where teaching,with  emphasis  on the us of red and white media  stick  this research  subjec were    all    children    with special needs fourth-grade studens  of  SDN  O 1 Jatimulyo,Jatipuro,Karanganyar school  year 20I0/2011,amounting to 5 student.Data analysis techniques  used comparative  analysis,it means the event or events that occur later compared  to described  in  a form  of assesment  data  in  the of  value.  Of the percentage  described  tendency  towards  action  and  reaction  of teacher  and  Student Results.
Of classroom action research has been done, it can be concluded that:based on the results of studying  mathemeticsin  the initial condition before use red and white media stick the average grade was 6,0 in the classical completeness  has reached 80% in cycle 2 the average grade becomes 6,8 all student scored over 6.0 can be assumed inthe  classical  style  of learning mathematics  has  been  completed  using  the  media stick Red and White Stick (100%).
Research results proved that using red and white media stick in the learning of mathematics  can   improve   student    learning    achievement    grade   IV    SDN   01 Jatimulyojatipuro Karanganyar school year 20I0/2011.
