Development of animal husbandary is part of development in agriculture that has a strategies value, fot fullfiling the need of food non-carbohidrat that increasing by the time of incresing in population, increasing income and job creation. Village Unit Coorperative (KUD) cepogo has role as helper for breeder in sub-district Cepogo to help in product and service for breeder. This research purpose is to analyze factors that affect production of dairy milk and to analyze income of Village Univ Coorperatove Cepogo breeder member.
Pembangunan subsektor peternakan merupakan bagian dari pembangunan sektor pertanian yang memiliki nilai strategis, antara lain dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pangan non karbohidrat yang terus meningkat akibat bertambahnya jumlah penduduk, peningkatan pendapatan dan penciptaan lapangan pekerjaan. Koperasi Unit Desa (KUD) Cepogo sebagai koperasi yang mewadahi peternak di Kecamatan Cepogo yang berperan membantu dan memberikan layanan kebutuhan pokok peternak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi  produksi susu  sapi perah peternak anggota dan menganalisis pendapatan peternak anggota KUD Cepogo.
This research is do in September 2019. Respondents of this resaerch is dairy breeder that member of KUD Cepogo, as much 60 people. Base method of this research is descriptive and analytic. Location is decided with purposive. Sampling of breeder is used purposive sampling method. Data that  used is primary data and secondary data. Analysis data that used is (1) analysis of cost and income: (2) Analysis of R/C Ratio; (3) Multiple liner regresion analysis.
Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan September 2019. Responden penelitian adalah peternak sapi perah anggota KUD Cepogo sebanyak 60 orang. Metode dasar penelitian adalah deskriptif dan analitik. Penentuan lokasi secara purposive. Pengambilan sampel petani responden dengan metode purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan adalah data  primer dan data sekunder. Metode analisis data yang digunakan meliputi (1) Analisis biaya dan pendapatan; (2) Analisis R/C ratio;(3) Analisis regresi linier berganda.
Result showed that, average number of dairy cow that owned by member of KUD Cepogo is 5 cows / breeder. Average of cost to producing dairy cow business for 1 month is Rp. 4.101.397, with revenue is Rp. 5.220.069,-, that so the average income every month that receive by breeder is Rp. 1.118.672. R/C ratio of dairy cow business is 1,3. Value of R/C ratio is greater than 1, that means dairy cow business of KUD Cepogo members is good for business. t test shows factors production which is grass, consentrat and number of cattle is significant affecting production of dairy milk,while for labour and experience of breeding is not affecting production of dairy milk breeder from member of KUD Cepogo, sub-district Boyolali.
Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata jumlah sapi perah yang dimiliki peternak anggota KUD Cepogo yaitu 5 ekor per peternak. Rata-rata besarnya biaya mengusahakan usaha ternak sapi perah dalam waktu satu bulan adalah Rp 4.101.397, sedangkan penerimaanya adalah 5.220.069, sehingga rata-rata pendapatan per bulan yang diterima peternak sebesar Rp 1.118.672. Besarnya  R/C rasio usaha ternak sapi perah adalah sebesar 1,3. Nilai R/C rasio lebih besar dari 1 menunjukkan bahwa usaha ternak sapi perah anggota KUD Cepogo layak diusahakan. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor produksi berupa hijauan, konsentrat dan jumlah ternak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap produksi susu sapi perah, sedangkan tenaga kerja dan penagalaman beternak tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap produksi susu sapi perah peternak anggota KUD Cepogo Kabupaten Boyolali.
