ABSTRACT
This report is written based on internship program starting from January 13th 2020 to March
13th 2020 at FMC Indonesia – PT Bina Guna Kimia, Semarang. The objective of the internship program is to translate several Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) documents which are needed for production and management review process. There were two main activities that I conducted; they were translating Diphoterine Technical Data Sheet and OS-
1 - Energy Isolation - Lock Out Tag Out Standard Document. There were three steps I applied to translate the documents; they were analyzing, transferring, and restructuring. The problems that I faced during translating process were translating technical terms and choosing the word. The solutions that I undertook were analyzing more references, and comparing and selecting words.
