ABSTRACT

The internship report was written based on internship program that I did from 6
January to 4 February, 2019, at PT Bina Busana Internusa Semarang Regency. The objective of this report is to explain the process of translating correspondent document texts of Merchandising division. Therefore, I also provided the problems and solutions that I faced during the internship program.  
I used steps of translating to transfer source text into the target text. The source texts were the agreement document of company and the buyers. I could translate the document through analyzing of the source text, transferring the message, and restructuring the result. I also applied the translation method for business text. I found problems while finishing the projects. The problems were the unfamiliar words, unfamiliar garment concept and I felt pessimistic with the result of my translation. Thus, I researched by browsing the internet which related to my problems and I asked my team to proofread the results of my translation.
