This research and development aims to:1) know the feasibility of integrated guided inquiry physics modules in the verses of the Qur'an, 2) Know whether integrated guided inquiry physics modules can be used to improve Higher Order Thinking Skills and  Spiritual Quatient the Impulse momentum material.
The method used is R&D (Research and Development) and invites the 4-D model (Four-D Model) proposed by Thiagarajan which consists of defining, designing, developing, and spreading (disseminating). The validation module for eligibility uses a closed questionnaire with a Likert score scale resolution. The module categories of eligibility: 1) for a percentage of 0% -20% = Very less, 2) percentage of 21% - 40% = less, 3) percentage of 41% - 60% = enough, 4) percentage of 61% - 80% = good, 4) percentage 81% - 100% = very good t. The test of influence through SPSS uses the parametric test of paired t-test and non-parametric test of Wilxocon 2 related to sample t-test.
The results of this module research: 1). Modules are categorized as suitable for use with a percentage of material aspects 76.19%, 77.86% language aspects and 78.39% media aspects. 2). The paired sample t-test results showed a significance (2-tailed) of 0.131, meaning that the physics learning module did not have the effect to increase the Higher Order Thingking Skills, but the results of the Spiritual Quatient test based on the non-parametric Wilxocon 2 related sample t-tets test had a significance of 0.028. the module has the effect of increasing Spiritual Quatient (SQ)
