This research discusses translation strategies and annotations. The object of this research study is in the form of an Arabic Study Practical and Completely application. This study attempts to (1) described the translation program text application and (2) described annotations of a translation in a program text application. This study used descriptive research with a qualitative approach which includes data collection, data analysis, and conclusions. First, in the analysis, researchers collected data in the form of words, clauses, and sentences then identified translations strategy using Suryawinata's Theory. Second, the analysis provides annotations on ism-ism identified translations strategy.

The results of the analysis that has been done, researchers found the existence of a structural translation strategy of 131 times consisting of: (1) a structural strategy of addition found 108 times, (2) a structural strategy of reduction found 12 times, and (3) a structural strategy of transposition found 11 times. Then on semantic translation strategies were found 385 times consisting of: (1) the semantical strategy of borrowing found 257 times, (2) the semantic strategy of cultural equivalent is found 4 times, (3) the descriptive equivalent strategy or the component analysis is found 4 times, (4) the semantic strategy shrinkage and expansion are found 17 times, (5) the semantical strategy of addition is found 24 times, and (6) the semantic strategy of deletion is found 82 times.

Researcher have been giving annotations on some of the ism, namely: (1) annotations on i’rabi (2) annotations on fi’l mudhari’, (3) annotations on ism ma’rifah and nakirah, (4) annotations on ism.
