This research is conducted based on the importance of analyzing the Textbook's content. The objective of this research is to get empirical evidence of the distribution of higher-order thinking skills and lower-order thinking skills based on the revised edition of Bloom's Taxonomy in the exercises and analysis of "THINK GLOBALLY ACT LOCALLY" in terms of the aim of explaining the distribution of six levels of cognitive domain based on Bloom's Revised Taxonomy in "Think Globally Act Locally" an English Textbook.

The researcher used the content analysis method to identify the coursebook's content. For the present study, the instrument was adapted from Bloom's revised taxonomy by Karthwol and Anderson in 2001. Furthermore, the data collected are qualitative because the data were collected in the form of words. The table form is used to put all of the activities from the Textbook. In the table form, the researcher identifies the cognitive domain to check the distributions of every domain.

Based on the data analysis toward 'Think Globally Act Locally' an English Textbook, 103 exercises belong to lower-order thinking skills. For the rest, 45 exercises belong to higher-order thinking skills.

Therefore, the composition of higher-order thinking skills is lower than that of lower-order thinking skills.
