× ABSTRACT 2008. The Internal Relations of Public Relations Division in RSUD Dr. Moewardi Surakarta. English Diploma Program, Faculty of Letters and Fine Arts, UNS. RSUD Dr. Moewardi Surakarta is a public hospital that gives medical services to the society. As the mostly chosen hospital of Central Java, public relation of RSUD Dr. Moewardi maintain and establish internal relations as a basic step of making a good image. Definitely, public relations officers make relations toward the publics inside both of stake holder and employees. The objective of this final project is to describe the internal relations of Public Relations division in RSUD Dr. Moewardi Surakarta. This final project is based on the writer’s job training experience. By doing over one hundred hours job training, the writer describe the internal relations that done in RSUD Dr. Moewardi and also the importance of internal relations to its publics. To support this assignment, the writer collects the data through observations, library studies, brochures, and internet. The results of this final report show the strategies done by RSUD Dr. Moewardi in making harmonies internal relations between its publics. The activity conducted by Public Relations division of RSUD Dr Moewardi Surakarta among divisions are coordinating meeting, publishing “Bulletin RSDM”, holding customer service training, and holding gathering activities. For stakeholder, the Public Relations division of RSUD Dr. Moewardi Surakarta hold reporting and meeting with government. To increase the performance of services, public relations officer should recruits more officers. It is purposed to increase and give a good performance of medical services to the society
