This final project research aims to analyze the program for reducing or eliminating administrative sanctions for rural and urban land and building taxes (PBB-P2) in Karanganyar Regency for 5 years (2017-2021). In addition, this study aims to examine the procedures for the abolition of administrative sanctions for PBB-P2 in Karanganyar Regency. This research was conducted precisely at the Badan Keuangan Daerah (BKD) Karanganyar Regency. This type of research method is to use descriptive methods and quantitative techniques to analyze the data. Sources of data used are secondary data originating from the BKD Karanganyar Regency and primary data from interviews which are then analyzed and presented with descriptive research methods. The results of the research found in this final project are the procedures that have been implemented in Karanganyar Regency, the flow is appropriate and has met the standards based on the Karanganyar Regent Regulation Number 67 of 2018. At the time of the implementation of the administrative sanction elimination program there were still limited socialization to hamlets, villages and sub-districts and remote areas. the advice given to the Karanganyar BKD is to hold socialization in villages directly or it can be done by placing billboards with the theme of implementing the PBB-P2 administrative sanction abolition program.
