The development of Internet network technology has changed the paradigm in obtaining information and communicating, which are no longer limited by the dimensions of space and time. Through the existence of the internet they can get the information they need wherever and whenever they want. One of the areas touched by the impact of this technological development is the world of education. As an almost unlimited source of information, the internet network fulfills its capacity as a source of learning in the world of education.
The application development stage includes analysis, system design, implementation and testing. The design is implemented into a Digital Learning Platform with the PHP programming language, Laravel Framework and MySQL Database. Testing this system is done with black box text. Based on the problems encountered, a technology is needed that can make students interested and addicted to using the internet as a means to do learning. When the features to be developed, namely material features, discussions, assignments, quizzes and attendance are implemented into the Digital Learning Platform, it is hoped that students use the internet not only to play social media or games, but also to increase learning independence.
