The clause 138 of Law No. 36 of 2009 concerning about Health, stipulates that health care efforts for the elderly is aimed at keeping the elderly healthy and productive socially and economically. So the government moved the Posyandu for the elderly to provide health checks for the elderly and provide information related to good eating patterns in anticipating and overcoming health problems. The process of recording health history still use a book which is managed to report Posyandu activities to the Puskesmas. This manual recording makes it difficult for cadres to prepare accurate and comprehensive reports. As a solution, a web-based Posyandu Management Information System created so that it can assist in the implementation of the management of the elderly Posyandu
The Posyandu Management Information System for the elderly made by designing business process modeling analysis, using case text, use case diagrams, and ERD. By using PHP and JavaScript programming languages, Laravel framework, and MySQL database. Testing this system is done with black box text. Based on the results of the final report on the Posyandu Management Information System for the Elderly, the system is running well. The system can document data for the elderly Posyandu.
