The objectives of this report are (1) to describe the activities done during the internship in Department of Youth, Sport, and Tourism Wonogiri from January 11, 2021 to March 11, 2021, specifically copywriting the script of promotional tourism video in English and making tourism articles in English (2) to describe problems that occurred during the process, and (3) to describe the ways to solve them.
There were several activities that the writer had done during the internship program. The main activity was copywriting, especially for promotional video script, and other kinds of form such as brochure and articles. The additional activities were translating regulation board on Putri Kencono Cave, surveying the tourism spots, providing a subtitle for the promotional video, and giving final presentation as a form of report on all programs that have been done. In the making of the promotional video script, the intern had done five steps in copywriting, i.e., preparing, organizing, writing, editing, and reviewing. Problems appeared during copywriting were how to make the words sound selling and how to maintain a persuasive term in it. The solution done to solve the first problem was asking the others about their opinion and do they think it is selling enough. The solution done to overcome the second problem was doing a comparison on a specific word and choose the best one without ruining the whole sentence
