This final report is written based on the internship program implemented at Pro Translasi Malang.The main focus of this internship report is to produce good questionnaires and subtitles, especially the translation process of the Toronto Empathy Questionnaire and the Impulse Buying Tendency as well as subtitling process of Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore Trailer and  Club SpongeBob 5 Minutes Episode. The translation process of the questionnaire and subtitling process of YouTube videos by using Nida & Taber (1969) translation method. On the other hand, the subtitling process was also assisted by Henrik Gottlieb's (1992) ten translation strategies. There were some obstacles during translating and subtitling activities: unfamiliar words, difficult phrases, the unnaturalness of the Translation, and technical problems. To overcome the problems, searching parallel texts, using online and offline dictionaries, taking the evaluations with the Pro Translasi staffs, using Google Meet, extending the deadline, and using another laptop are needed. There are several suggestions that must be considered by all parties. As preparation for the internship, students must master the ability to translate properly, install translation tools, choose the right institution, and be able to choose the projects that are in accordance with the internship program. Besides that, Pro Translasi also needs to balance the self-review system with discussion or evaluation. Pro Translasi is also expected to be able to sort out the division of tasks to the students. Meanwhile, the recommendation for the English Diploma Program is that this study program will be able to provide internship socialization earlier.
