Scope: The integrated midwifery care or the continuity of care was extended to Mrs. E from gestation, delivery, post parturition, and neonate to family planning program in accordance with the existing midwifery care standard during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Implementation: The CoC was extended to Mrs. E for six months. The antenatal care was aimed at dealing pregnancy with chronic energy deficiency (CED). The delivery with early rupture of membranes went on spontaneously. Vitamin A was given in the postpartum care. The neonatal care went on normally. The mother was given information of contraceptives in the family planning program.

Evaluation: The CoC was extended to Mrs. E and her infant, Infant F. the mother received food supplement of biscuit. The delivery went on normally with early rupture of membranes. Early breastfeeding initiation was done for 30 minutes soon after the birth. Vitamin A was completely administered during the postpartum care on Day 40. The neonatal care went on normally. The mother chose a three-monthly injection contraceptive for her family planning program.

Conclusion and Recommendation: The antenatal care was administered, mainly to deal with the pregnancy with CED. The delivery with early rupture of membranes was done spontaneously. There were gaps of early breastfeeding initiation and late administration of Vitamin A. The neonatal care went on normally. The mother chose a three-monthly injection contraceptive for her family planning program. Health institutions and workers are suggested to apply early breastfeeding initiation and to administer Vitamin A in accordance with evidence based-midwifery care standard.
