This study aims to determine and explain the status of grondkaart land disputes based on the regulation of national land law in order to create legal certainty. This study uses normative legal research methods with data sources in the form of primary and secondary legal materials. The results show that there is a logical fallacy in the judge's decision. In BIJBLAD number 4909 and Besluit 1893 the rules regarding the acquisition of land through agreement and other immovable property for the implementation of the grondkaart Public Works project are the implementation of the project head to carry out a state project, lands that are not listed in the general register as on behalf of the government, on the map attached to the proposal for the implementation of the project. Groondkart is not a valid evidence but only an implementation of project release. In connection with this, it can be seen that there are no violations that result in legal defects in the issuance of certificates of property rights issued by the Land Office.
