During the COVID-19 pandemic, the implementation of online learning using e-learning applications was needed so that teachers and students could continue to carry out teaching and learning activities. One of the applications that has been applied in schools in interactive multimedia design subjects was Microsoft Teams. This research was a descriptive qualitative research with the aim of seeing the application of learning, its effectiveness was seen from the learning attitude, understanding, and readiness of students. Based on the results of the questionnaire from 32 participants in grade 12 MM-1 and interviews with 5 student representatives, it was concluded that online learning based on Microsoft Teams was quite effective when viewed from the learning attitudes of students, while for understanding and readiness of students in facing and understanding the learning material couldn’t be said to be effective.
