ABSTRACT

Hanifa Fitri Noer Hapsari. R0319029 INTEGRATED MIDWIFERY CARE ON MRS. D AGED 33 YEARS OLD AT THE WORK AREA OF COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER OF SETABELAN DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC. Associate’s Degree Program in Midwifery, Vocational School, Universitas Sebelas Maret 2022.

Scope: Integrated midwifery care or continuity of care (CoC) was extended to Mrs. D in accordance with the existing midwifery care standard. It included antenatal, delivery, postpartum, neonatal, and family planning care.

Implementation: The antenatal care was extended to deal with discomfort experience by Mrs. D during Trimester III of pregnancy. The delivery was done with C-section due the indication of early rupture of membranes. The postpartum care was administered to deal with suturing pain. The neonatal care went on normally. The mother chose implant contraceptive for her family planning program.

Evaluation: The CoC extended to Mrs. Ny. D during the gestation went on normally. Pathological problem was found during the delivery care. The postpartum and neonatal care went on normally. Everything could be handled, and Mrs. D preferred implant contraceptive for her family planning program.

Conclusion and Recommendation: The CoC extended to Mrs. D was done normally during the antenatal, postpartum, neonatal, and family planning care. However, the delivery was done with C-section due to the indication of early rupture of membranes. Thus, through the CoC, clients, health institutions, and communities can improve the welfare of mothers and their infants.
