Rekrutmen adalah proses untuk menemukan individu yang paling tepat untuk memenuhi posisi yang sedang kosong dalam suatu perusahaan. Dengan perkembangan teknologi, serta pandemi COVID-19, proses rekrutmen yang pada awalnya bersifat konvensional berubah menjadi online, salah satunya adalah melalui media sosial. Namun, dari banyaknya sosial media yang ada, banyak perusahaan yang belum mampu memaksimalkan media-media tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis alasan dibalik penggunaan metode sosial media rekrutmen, menentukan sosial media yang paling efektif untuk digunakan, dan rekomendasi strategi yang dilakukan di perusahaan Lazada Logistik Indonesia. Hasil akhir wawancara yang dilakukan dengan 6 orang tim Talent Acquisition (rekrutmen) di perusahaan menemukan bahwa, strategi rekrutmen melalui sosial media di perusahaan dipilih karena hubungannya dengan recruitment outcomes (RO), serta kepuasan dan kredibilitas yang dirasakan oleh rekruter. Selanjutnya, dari berbagai sosial media yang ada, disimpulkan bahwa pemilihan LinkedIn karena fitur dan penggunanya yang memang merupakan pencari kerja dan profesional dalam bidangnya. Dalam hal rekomendasi kedepan, hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa integrasi sosial media, berkoneksi dengan orang yang tepat, dan selalu up-to-date dengan perkembangan zaman merupakan hal yang penting. Di lain sisi, LinkedIn diharapkan dapat melakukan evaluasi terhadap harga paket berbayar yang masih dianggap cukup mahal.
Recruitment is the process of finding the most appropriate individual to fill a vacant position in a company. With the development of technology, as well as the COVID-19 pandemic, the recruitment process, which was initially done conventionally has changed to online, one of which is through social media. However, of the many existing social media, many companies have been struggling to choose and maximize the platform. This research was conducted to analyze the reasons behind the use of social media recruitment methods, determine the most effective social media to use, and recommend strategies for the company Lazada Logistics Indonesia. The results of interviews conducted with 6 Talent Acquisition (Recruitment) teams in the company found that the recruitment strategy through social media in the company was chosen because of its relationship with recruitment outcomes (RO), as well as the satisfaction and credibility felt by recruiters. Furthermore, from various existing social media, it was concluded that LinkedIn was chosen because of its features and user compatibility, who are mostly people seeking jobs and sharing professional experience. In terms of future recommendations, the results of this study found that social media integration, connecting with the right people, and always keeping up to date with recent trends. On the other hand, LinkedIn is expected to be able to evaluate the price of paid packages which are still considered quite expensive.
