Others that problem intend the writer lift because Program of Development of Quality SDM represent the device of[is way of or method in introducing quality of SDM [of] BUMIPUTERA 12 to wide society [of] company stages;steps will in making employees, good of agent and also employees in becoming taft worker and with quality so that of vital importance and have an effect on to taking place company. This perception take location [in] AJB of BUMIPUTERA KC. Askum Yogyakarta. Data obtained from direct perception and from other;dissimilar boldness or book in the form of interview and documentation. Method [of] data collecting [done/conducted] [at] office of AJB [of] BUMIPUTERA 1912 KC. Askum Yogyakarta. This Research use the method qualitative. Result obtained from research which writer [do/conduct] that is Program The Development of Quality SDM [is] a[n activity network in improving quality of SDM company utilize to maintain the company target namely become the popular insurance company in Indonesia and also to form image [in] society, and serve the purpose of medium keep footing product [in] market. As for program of development of quality SDM [of] [at] AJB [of] BUMIPUTERA 1912 KC. Askum cover for example: performed [a] [by] a agent training, performed [a] [by] development of employees career in / on duty in, performed [a] [by] assessment [of] labour capacity which is all that represent one union which interact.
