On average, almost every small company or large company to manage employees must have used a computerized system. Namely the change in employee data processing mechanism from manual to automatic using computer media. This study aims to facilitate and enable companies to manage employees remotely. So that the time that was originally used to manage manually can be used to do other more useful things.

Based on the above conditions, it is necessary to build an application that manages employee data through the internet network that can be accessed by each party involved. This website-based application is made with the Laravel framework. The design and development of this application is carried out using the Agile method which consists of the stages of planning, implementation, software testing, documentation, deployment, and maintenance.

From the design and development that has been done, an application has been produced that has basic features that can be used to manage employees.
