Peanuts are the primary legume commodity as one of the food crops as a source of vegetable protein. The demand for peanuts increases every year, but production is decreasing. Low fertility is one of the factors that causes the decline in peanut production. Efforts to increase peanut productivity can be done by fertilizing using organic and phosphate fertilizers. Organic fertilizers can increase soil fertility because it can improve soil properties and increase nutrient availability. Phosphate fertilizers contain P nutrients which act as a source of energy in the biochemical processes of plants, stimulate flowering, and the formation of peanut seeds. This research was conducted to study the role of organic and phosphate fertilizers on the growth and yield of peanuts. This research was held in Laboratory Faculty of Agriculture UNS Jumantono, Karanganyar from December 2024 to March 2025. This research used a factorial Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with 2 factors. The first factor is the dose of organic fertilizer (0, 10, 20, and 30 ton.ha-1). The second factor is the dose of phosphate fertilizer (0, 75, 150, and 225 kg.ha-1). There were 16 treatment combinations and repeated 3 times so that there were 48 experimental units. The observation data were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA) followed by the Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT) at the 5% level, if there was an interaction, a regression test was carried out. Data analysis was also carried out using a correlation test to determine the relationship between variables. The results of the research showed an interaction between the dose of organic fertilizer and phosphate on the flowering age of peanuts. Cow manure fertilizer at an optimal dose of 25.67 ton.ha-1 combined with 225 kg.ha-1 of phosphate fertilizer resulted in the earliest flowering age, which occurred at 24.97 days after planting. Organic cow manure fertilizer with a dose of 10 ton.ha-1 was able to increase the number of leaves, number of nodes, leaf area, leaf area index, fresh weight of stover, number of pods, fresh weight of pods, dry weight of pods, number of seeds per plant, and seed weight per peanut plant compared without organic cow manure fertilizer. Phosphate fertilizer with a dose of 75 kg.ha-1 was able to increase the number of pods, fresh weight of pods, dry weight of pods, and number of seeds per plant compared without phosphate fertilizer.
