×From the result of analisyst, it could be found that the actors pursue the goals that have follow-up of the
aspirations which articulated through the media Aspiration House. Related to research topics,
researchers are linking the constituent as the actors for their purpose to get advocacy of aspiration. In
the other way, there are alternative conditions to pursue the goals. The alternative way to pursue the
goals are regulated by the Goverment. The Aspiration Delivery Pattern also refers to the theory of
action that is triggered by Talcot Parsons. In this study there are five patterns of aspiration delivery the
universalism of the national issues, particularism found in the regional issues, the collective orientation
which refers to the aspirations of the constituents, the specificity and quality.
