Tax is a potential alternative as fund source to implement the national development. Value-Added and Luxury Goods Sale taxes are the examples. The objectives of research are to find out the extent to which the revenue of Value-Added and Luxury Goods Sale taxes affects the total tax revenue in Boyolali Tax Service Office, to find out the projection of Value-Added and Luxury Goods Sale tax revenue contribution in the next 3 years, to find out the compliance level of Annual Notification delivery of PPN Term in 2011 and to find out the obstacles in Value-Added and Luxury Goods Sale taxes revenue as well as the measures taken to improve the Value-Added and Luxury Goods Sale taxes revenue in Boyolali Tax Service Office. Based on the result of research the writer had conducted, it could be concluded that the Value-Added and Luxury Goods Sale taxes revenue affected substantially the total tax revenue in Boyolali Tax Service Office. The recommendation given by the writer was to give firm sanction to the taxpayers incompliant with the prevailing regulation and to increase the frequency of taxing illumination implementation evenly in all subdistricts of Boyolali. Thus, the Value-Added and Luxury Goods Sale taxes revenue could be optimize more.
