The management of administration and learning processes in Early Childhood Education (PAUD) institutions is frequently hindered by unintegrated systems and conventional data processing. This motivated the development of PAUDPEDIA, a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform utilizing a multi-tenant architecture. The system centralizes an Academic Information System (SIAKAD), a Learning Management System (LMS), and a public Marketplace to accommodate the operations of multiple schools independently and securely.Development was conducted iteratively, encompassing requirements analysis, architectural design, database modeling, and feature implementation across the Admin Panel, Public B2C portal, and SIAKAD dashboard. The final stage involved comprehensive software testing to ensure all functionalities and system integrations align with established specifications. Results from Functional and Non-Functional Testing (covering Security, Usability, and Compatibility aspects) demonstrate that PAUDPEDIA operates seamlessly. Cross-tenant data isolation functions optimally without breaches, access security is strictly maintained via Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and the interface proves to be responsive and cross-browser compatible. Consequently, PAUDPEDIA is proven highly effective and viable for deployment to support integrated PAUD administration and learning activities.
