The need for sambiloto plants as raw materials for traditional medicines continues to increase, but their productivity has decreased in the last two years. The supply of creat’s raw materials, taken from the original habitat, gives discontinued outcomes, so the appropriate fertilization is needed to produce a large number of high quality crowns. This research aimed to study effect of gamal leaf liquid fertilizer and kirinyuh leaf fertilizer and the interaction on the growth and yield of Sambiloto plants. The method used was a Randomized Completely Block Design which consists of two treatment factors. The first factor was the concentration of gamal liquid fertilizer
(0, 500 and 750 ml.l-1) and the second factor was the dose of kirinyuh fertilizer (0, 15 and 20 ton.ha-1). The research data were analyzed by F test in 5% level and if the treatment were significant, continue by Duncan’s Multiple Range Test at significance level of 5%. The results showed that the treatment of gamal leaf liquid fertilizer with a concentration of 500 ml.l-1 gave the best results of plant height, number of branches, number of leaves, fresh weight of leaves, dry weight of leaves, leaves area index, and total chlorophyll content of sambiloto plant. Applying kirinyuh fertilizer at a dose of 15 ton.ha-1 gave the best results on the growth and yield of sambiloto plants. The application of organic fertilizer did not affect each other on the growth and yield of sambiloto plants.
