×Tujuan : Untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Paparan Debu Kapas Terhadap Kapasitas
Fungsi Paru Pekerja di Perusahaan Kasur Kapuk X Sukoharjo.
Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasional analitik dengan
pendekatan cross sectional. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive
sampling sehingga populasi yang menjadi subjek penelitian adalah berjumlah 30
orang. Pengambilan data kapasitas fungsi paru dengan menggunakan alat
Spirometer jenis Autospiro AS-300 untuk mengetahui karakteristik kapasitas
fungsi paru dari responden. Teknik pengolahan dan analisis data dilakukan dengan
uji statistik chi square dengan menggunakan program komputer SPSS versi 16.0.
Hasil : Hasil analisis dengan uji chi square pada Uji Pengaruh Paparan Debu
Kapas Terhadap Kapasitas Fungsi Paru Pekerja Di Perusahaan Kasur Kapuk X
Sukoharjo bahwa nilai p sebesar 0,031 atau kurang dari 0,05 (p < 0,05).
Simpulan : Dari hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa ada Pengaruh Paparan Debu
Kapas Terhadap Kapasitas Fungsi Paru Pekerja di Perusahaan Kasur Kapuk X
Sukoharjo .

Methods: This study used observational analytical method with cross sectional
approach. Sampling technique used was purposive sampling so that the population
from which research subjects are numbered 30 people. Data retrieval capacity of
lung function using a spirometer type Autospiro AS-300 to investigate the
characteristics of lung function capacity of respondents. Processing techniques
and data analysis performed by chi-square statistical test using the computer
program SPSS version 16.0.
Research : The results of the analysis with the chi square test on the Test Effects
Of Exposure to Cotton Dust Capacity Workers Lung Function In Kapok Mattress
Company X Sukoharjo that the p-value of 0.031 or less than 0.05 (p <0.05).
Conclusion: From these results indicate that there is influence of Exposure to
Cotton Dust Capacity Against Workers Lung Function in Company X Sukoharjo
Mattress Cotton.
