ABSTRAK
Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh work to family conflict, family to work conflict, work to family facilitation, family to work facilitation pada kepuasan kerja dan pengaruh kepuasan kerja pada kinerja.Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 140karyawan Rumah Sakit Islam Surakarta.Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda untuk menguji hipotesis 1 sampai hipotesis 4 dan regresi linier sederhana untuk menguji hipotesis 5. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknikconvenience sampling.
Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan terhadap karyawan Rumah Sakit Islam Surakarta menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Work to family conflict berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan pada kepuasan kerja. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa bila work to family conflict tinggi maka keppuasan kerja akan menurun. 2) Family to work conflict tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan pada kepuasan karja. 3) Work to family facilitation tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan pada kepuasan karja. 4) Family to work facilitation berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada kepuasan kerja, sehingga bila family to work facilitation tinggi maka kepuasan kerja akan semakin meningkat. 5) Kepuasan kerja berpengruh positif dan signifikan pada kinerja. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin besar kepuasan yang didapat karyawan maka kinerjanya akan semakin meningkat.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the influence of work to family conflict, family to work conflict, work to family facilitation, family to work facilitation on job satisfaction and job satisfaction influence on performance. The sample used in this study as 140 employees Rumah Sakit Islam Surakarta. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression analysisto examine the hypothesis 1 to hypothesis 4 and simple linear regressionto examine the hypothesis 5. The sampling technique using a convenience sampling.
Results of research conducted on employees Surakarta Islamic Hospital showed that: 1) Work to family conflict and a significant negative effect on job satisfaction.This suggests that if work to family conflict, the higher job satisfaction will decline. 2) Family to work conflict no significant effect on job satisfaction. 3) Work to family facilitation no significant effect on satisfaction karja. 4) Family to work facilitation and significant positive effect on job satisfaction, so t when a family to work facilitation higher then job satisfaction will increase. 5) Job satisfaction and significant positive effect on job performance. This suggests that the greater the job satisfaction of employees obtained the performance will increase.
