This final project report is based on the job training, which was done in SD N 04 Matesih Karanganyar for about a month. This final project report is written to explain the English teaching and learning process at the second semester of the 3rd grade students in SDN 04 Matesih. The process starts from greeting the students and then presentation. The presentation consists of presenting the material. The next step is explanation. The teacher also gives exercise to measure the student’s ability. The problems which arise during the English teaching and learning process are the problems of the students and the problems of the teacher. The problems of the students are memorizing the spelling the English words and reading or pronunciation. Meanwhile the problem of the teacher is controlling the uncooperative students. To solve the problem of students in memorizing the spelling the English words, the writer asks them to write the words for several times. She also repeats the difficult words and gives correction when they make a mistake in reading or pronunciation. To solve the problem of the teacher in controlling the uncooperative students, she gives some questions and makes some variations when she gives the questions.
